What is included in a plugin license?
Plugin purchases include a license that allows you to receive updates and technical support. Each license is valid for 1 year.
Are licenses perpetual?
No, each license is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You will receive an email to let you know when it is time to renew it.
What does "number of servers" or "number of sites" mean?
The limit “number of servers” is simply a number of installations in “production”. Each installed instance of the plugin counts; web services count as one.
You can have multiple test installations to evaluate or test the plugin. For example, your developers may install the plugin on your local servers without any limit. But only one “production” installation is allowed with a “single-site” license.
The “multi-site” license allows unlimited installations within the same company (VAT Nr). For each additional company you must purchase a separate license.
What happens when my plugin's license expires?
The product will continue to operate after the term of your license has expired. You are free to use the plugin as much as you like, but you will not be able to receive plugin updates or technical support for any longer.
How can I download plugin updates?
For plugin updates, you must register at redmineup.com and go to the License manager.
How can I pay?
Purchases are made directly to RedmineUP through the Avangate gateway. There you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and more than 30 other payment methods.
Is the payment method secure? Are my payment details secure?
All payments are securely processed by one of the industry leaders, Avangate. Your credit card information never reaches our servers.
What license do I need if I want to use RedmineUP plugins in a SaaS service?
In order to use RedmineUP plugins in a SaaS service, you must purchase a multi-site license. This license does not include support for users of your service and has a maximum monthly support request limit.
